Logistic Dynamics (LDi) is a non-asset-based third-party logistics provider and freight brokerage headquartered in Buffalo, New York, with an additional office in Memphis, TN. The company operates through an agent-based model, with a growing network of independent freight agents and carrier partners serving customers throughout North America.

LDi arranges full truckload (dry van and temperature-controlled), LTL, intermodal/rail, drayage and port services, air freight, and ocean freight (both full container load and less-than-container load).
