Camelot 3PL Software provides the Excalibur WMS, a warehouse management system designed exclusively for third-party logistics operations including public warehouses, fulfillment houses, and public refrigerated warehouses. Built on the Microsoft Dynamics platform, the system has been in use since 1987 and serves 3PLs across industries such as food-grade storage, pharmaceuticals, cold storage, hazmat, e-commerce, apparel, chemicals, automotive parts, and retail fulfillment.

Excalibur supports multi-client inventory management with barcode-scanned receiving against purchase orders, picking by FIFO, FEFO, code date, lot number, or location, and outbound documentation including warehouse receipts, picking tickets, and bills of lading. It provides lot traceability and expiration date tracking for food safety compliance, DOT-compliant hazmat BOLs, and hazardous substance identification. The WebLink customer portal gives clients 24/7 real-time access to their inventory data and invoices from any device. A configurable billing engine captures storage, labor, and material charges automatically.

Logistics teams commonly use Camelot for order-level fulfillment data, real-time inventory positions by lot and expiration, and outbound shipping documentation. The platform supports EDI for supply chain communication and offers configurable reports, macros, and data exchange options including web services and flat files.
