We’ve been hard at work building out new features at Owlery! We are excited to announce two new product updates that help you unlock data-driven insights and ensure your supply chain is running in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Scroll down to the bottom of your Spend Dashboard and you’ll see a new column in the table of invoices, “Exception”. If there’s a red flag here, then take a look because Owlery is now automatically reviewing the line items on freight invoices to ensure accuracy! Default rules have been set up for all customers to monitor for duplicate line items and high fuel surcharges, and more can be added - let us know your requests.
You can now monitor on-time pickup and delivery performance right within Owlery. This is completely filterable by carrier, lane, and dates so you can see trends over time! You can also sort by any of the columns in the table below to find loads that had issues so you can follow up directly with the carrier (or shipper or receiver, whoever might be at fault) as needed.
